My mission is to help people claim their stage, radiate confidence and charisma, propel their career, and increase their impact. With over 20 years as a professional theater director and arts leader, I bring a unique perspective and a practical and actionable set of tools to my coaching. In addition to my private coaching practice, I have worked and lectured at dozens of theaters, colleges, and universities nationwide. I hold a Bachelor of Arts from Sarah Lawrence College and a Masters of Fine Arts in Directing from Columbia University.

I am dedicated to community building in the arts sector, and believe in the power of creativity to enhance local economy, cultural identity, and civic life. Besides my coaching work with private clients, I am the proud founder of I'm Into This Place, a podcast & website highlighting the vibrant arts, culture, and heritage of Southwest Washington.
