Meet Adriana Baer
Adriana Baer is the proud CEO and Founder of A&C BRAND and host of the A&C BRAND PODCAST.
Adriana has been an arts professional for over 20 years. She has held leadership roles at Profile Theatre (Executive Artistic Director) and Cutting Ball Theater (Associate Artistic Director), and has worked with companies including Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Berkeley Repertory Theatre, and Theatre Communications Group, the national service organization that works for a just and thriving theater ecology.
Adriana has directed at theaters including Houston’s Alley Theatre, Portland Center Stage, and Artists Repertory Theatre. She has taught courses and lectured as a guest speaker at dozens of colleges and universities nationwide.
As part of her mission to support the arts sector as a whole, she worked as the Arts Program Officer for a private family foundation during the pandemic years, ensuring crucial funding for arts organizations be multi-year commitments and disseminated quickly.
Adriana is dedicated to community building, and believes in the power of creativity to enhance local economy, cultural identity, and civic life. She holds a BA from Sarah Lawrence College and an MFA in Directing from Columbia University.

✦ I hold a Bachelor of Arts from Sarah Lawrence College and a Masters of Fine Arts from Columbia University.
✦ I live on a two-acre farm (vegetables not animals) in SW Washington state with my husband and child.
✦ I’m 49% introvert & 51% extrovert. Most people think my extroversion is much higher.
✦ I spend most of my free time growing all the produce we eat from April-November, cooking, walking in nature, and reading.
